Times, they are a-changing and I realize that as our days get fuller some of you need more lifestyle support to help you get and stay healthy where you live. My new blog Fabulously Healthy will offer more information on healthy offerings in NY, Florida and Atlanta. Don't worry, the recipes will still be there but now I will add healthy products, restaurants and activities specific to your area.
